When I was a member of Curves in Charlotte, I purchased a weighted hula hoop
. I brought it out of storage the other day and got to spinning it around. Turns out, I love doing it! As I was joining livestrong.com today and figuring out my caloric intake goal... I decided to my exercise plan. Hula hooping will definitely be a part of it!
